“The Looming Weight” is inspired by the sad, sad story of the American whistleblower, Edward Loomis, who exposed the truth about the U.S. government collecting all the cell phone data of American citizens. This print is part of a body of work titled Not Wittingly, in which I explore themes of willful deception and complicit action in covert military projects.
