“Chatter (Blizzard #18) is a collagraph monotype on Fabriano Rosalina paper. The print is 11" x 15". It is a unique monotype print from a series of 22 prints titled Blizzard.

Blizzard is a series of 22 collagraph monotypes in which visual information is obscured by means of accumulation, redaction, and cover up. To make the prints, I created a set of interchangeable matrixes. I layered, stenciled, and printed the matrixes in intaglio and relief to get varied results. You can read more about this series here.
